Good evening Southern Wisconsin! Happy end of Monday! I am back to full duty tomorrow and beyond! Thank goodness. Tonight we will be clear and cool with temps in the mid 40s. Light and variable winds.
Tomorrow is looking like some sunshine early in the day and a chance for showers and storms from late afternoon through about midnight. It doesn’t look like much and most areas will stay dry to less than 0.10″ of rain. If there are storms, then some isolated higher amounts would be possible. Temps tomorrow will be in the low to mid 70s depending how much sunshine we get. Cloudy tomorrow night once the rain chance is done and not as cool with lows dropping to about 60 degrees. South winds 4-9mph.
Wednesday looks warmer and more humid with temps in the mid 80s. West winds 6-10mph. There’s another slight chance for some storms after midnight with lows in the mid 60s. So a very sticky night. Winds will be light. No severe storms are expected at this time.
Thursday is a bit of a wildcard for weather. Some sunshine is possible and this could spark some strong to severe storms in the afternoon and lingering into the evening. Highs will be in the mid 80s. SE to west winds 6-11mph. We will have to keep an eye on things for this day. The chance for storms ends around midnight. We will likely clear out and stay warm with temps in the low 60s for overnight temps.
Friday is looking cooler with temps near 80. Less humid as well and light winds. Clear and comfy Friday night with temps in the mid 50s.
If you have outdoor stuff to do this next weekend, then Saturday is your day to get stuff done. Temps will be in the upper 70s to near 80 and not super humid yet. Clouds will roll in Saturday night and that will bring a slight chance for storms. Clouds will keep temps up into the low 60s.
Sunny and HOT on Sunday with temps in the upper 80s to near 90! Not a very good day to pull weeds if you ask me!
The 90s will make an appearance next week, but I’m not sure how long they will hang around. We are getting into our hot season which also brings some big storms.
