Good evening Southern Wisconsin! If you’re a wind farmer, you must be struggling. I feel like we haven’t had wind in over a month. If you like the heat, this week is for you. We will have to play this day by day for storms, so take the weekly forecast with a grain of salt. Tonight we will be mostly cloudy with temps in the upper 60s. There’s a slight chance for a storm late, but most should stay dry tonight. Winds will be calm to light.
Cloudy tomorrow with a slight chance for some storms in the afternoon and into the evening. Highs with clouds will be in the low 80s, but if we see some sunshine, then temps in the mid 80s. There’s a marginal risk or level 1 threat for some stronger storms. Something to keep an eye on as we go through the day. Some clouds and some stars tomorrow night with storm chances ending by midnight or so. Temps will only dip to the upper 60s. Winds will be light tomorrow and tomorrow night.
Tuesday is looking like sunshine to start the day and then clouds and a slight chance for storms in the afternoon. Highs will be in the mid to upper 80s. Winds will be light during the day and calm at night. Slight chance for storms in the afternoon and at night through about midnight or so. Lows will dip down to just 70 degrees or so.
More sunshine than clouds on Wednesday with highs in the mid to upper 80s. Winds will be light and there’s a slight chance for a shower or storm. A better chance for storms comes in during the evening and overnight hours. Lows will only drop to about 70. Light winds. Rainfall could be heavy at night.
A mix of clouds and sunshine on Thursday with highs in the mid 80s. There’s a chance for some storms to with light winds. That chance for storms will continue into Thursday night with lows in the upper 68s.
Full sunshine on Friday with only a slight chance for rain and storms and temps in the mid 80s. Clear at night with temps in the upper 60s.
