Good evening Southern Wisconsin! We have a colder night on tap for Southern WI. The fresh snow cover is probably helping that. Temps will dip to 0 or maybe a couple degrees below 0. Winds will at least stay calm overnight, so there’s no wind chill factor.
We may start out with some sunshine early in the day on Friday, but might see some clouds work their way in during the afternoon. Highs near 20 and SW winds 4-9mph. Cloudy at night with a SLIGHT chance for some light snow. Amounts will be no more than a dusting at best. Lows will dip to the mid teens and south winds 4-9mph. Maybe a quick salt shift and that’s a MAYBE lol.
More clouds than sunshine on Saturday with temps in the low to mid 30s. West winds 8-13mph. Clearing out at night with temps near 10. NW winds 4-9mph.
Sunny and a bit cooler on Sunday with temps in the mid to upper 20s. Pretty seasonal for this time of the year. West winds 8-13mph. A couple clouds at night with temps only falling to about 20 degrees. SW winds 11-16mph with gusts to 25-30mph.
Next week is looking pretty mild and dry as we finish off January. Highs will be over the freezing mark and lows will be in the teens most nights. February is looking more active, but warmer than January. We will have to see what kind of precip comes our way.
