Good evening Southern Wisconsin! Welcome to your Wednesday night! Just 2 more days of work to get through before another weekend! We have some showers around this evening and those may stick around until 10ish or so. Nothing real heavy this evening. Some areas this morning got a good downpour and maybe some thunder too. I did see a lightning bolt on the radar west of Janesville. Tonight we will be cloudy with maybe some patchy fog and temps in the low 30s. Watch out for some slick spots as we lose temps tonight. NE to west winds 4-9mph.
There’s a SLIGHT chance for a shower tomorrow morning into tomorrow afternoon, but I think most stay dry. It’s going to be a rather blah day with lots of clouds and NW winds 11-16mph and gusts to 20-25mph. Temps should make the low to mid 40s still. A couple clouds tomorrow night with temps in the mid to upper 20s. NW to south winds 8-13mph.
We will have a one day spike with temps on Friday with temps in the low to maybe mid 50s. South to west winds 16-21mph with gusts to 30-35mph. Cloudy at night with temps in the low 20s.
The weekend is looking dry, sunny, and colder with temps near 30 on Saturday with lows in the mid teens. We are looking at the mid 30s on Sunday with overnight lows in the mid 20s.
There’s a storm system that I am watching for early to mid next week. I think we stay on the warm side of things, but if it wobbles south some we could be talking some snow. It’s a wait and see kind of storm as we get closer.
