Good evening Southern Wisconsin! Happy weekend! Showers and storms are likely tonight, just not sure how long they will hold together. The strong to severe threat is still there. I mean it’s 70 degrees at 9pm in mid March LOL. It’s moist! Storms will mainly be between 1130pm and 3am. This line will be quick and not a whole ton of rain will fall from it either. Maybe a quarter inch or so. SE winds will increase to 21-26mph with gusts to 30-35mph tonight.
Clouds with maybe a little sunshine tomorrow with MAYBE a back end rain shower during the day. Highs in the mid 50s. South winds 26-31mph with gusts to 40-50mph. Stronger winds possible near the lake and south from there. A high wind warning is in place for most of SE WI. A wind advisory is in place for SC and some of SE Wisconsin for tomorrow during the day. Cloudy at night with temps in the upper 20s. Slight chance for a light rain shower with a flurry mixed in. NW winds 11-16mph with gusts to 25-30mph.
Slight chance for a snow shower or flurry Sunday morning, but then those will stop and we will see more clouds than sunshine with highs in the low 40s. NW winds 11-16mph with gusts to 20-25mph.
The first half of next week looks dry and warm, but then a storm system will impact the area Wednesday afternoon through Thursday bringing rain early, then maybe some back end snow. Chilly after the system passes.
