Good evening Southern Wisconsin! Happy Tuesday night folks! We will see an increase in the clouds for the rest of today and also tonight. That should help hold the temps up into the mid 40s. SE to west winds 4-9mph, but may increase towards morning.

 

Maybe some morning clouds tomorrow, but then we SHOULD see the sunshine. Temps will make it to the mid 50s. It’s going to be another windy day with NW winds 16-21mph and gusts to 25-30mph. Clear and cool at night with temps in the upper 20s to near 30. Light winds.

 

More clouds than sunshine on Thursday with temps in the mid 50s. South winds increasing to 11-16mph. Rain likely at night, but it will remain very light with totals under 0.10″. South to SW winds 11-16mph with gusts to 20-25mph. Temps in the low to mid 40s.

 

Maybe a light morning shower on Friday, but then we should see the sun and temps will make the low 60s. SW to NW winds 11-16mph. Clouds to roll back in at night with temps in the low 30s. NW to NE winds 4-9mph.

 

Now to Saturday and Sunday. A weather system will likely roll through the Upper Midwest. Rain will be likely Saturday afternoon and it’ll be a cool rain with temps in the mid 40s. Light winds. Rain will likely switch to some light snow Saturday night as temps drop into the mid 20s. Most of the models are taking the “accumulating snow” into Northern IL now. The GFS model that everyone was showing went from showing 12″ down to maybe an inch and most of that may melt on contact. So I bet they all feel stupid for posting that LOL.

 

Maybe some leftover light snow showers or flurries on Sunday and it will be rather cold with temps in the upper 30s for HIGHS! Near 20 degrees on Sunday night! Next week looks quiet and cool!
