Good morning and welcome to your Sunday! Winter is not here early. We are just experiencing an Arctic chill for a couple more days. Snow showers are possible for some of us. There’s also a lake effect snow chance across far SE Wisconsin for tonight into tomorrow. This threat mainly covers Racine and Kenosha counties. There are no watches or warnings out yet, because it may not happen as well. If you get under a band of snow, then a warning might be issues for several inches of snow. The real chance for lake effect snow is just north of Chicago to northern IL. If you have plans to go to Chicago tomorrow, I would cancel them. 3″ per hour rates are possible. Some areas may get a FOOT of snow! Travel will be severe interrupted for those areas. Let’s get back to our forecast LOL. Highs today in the low 30s with lots of wind. Snow showers may continue into the evening hours. No issues from these are expected. Clearing out and getting cold tonight with some areas getting into the teens! Winds will continue to be an issue and that may create wind chills down into the single digits at times.
Another cold day for tomorrow, but not as bad with temps in the upper 30s. NW winds 11-16mph. Some clouds to increase tomorrow night with temps near 20 degrees again. West to SW winds 4-9mph.
Veterans Day Tuesday is looking cloudy to start the day, but then some sunshine is expected with temps warming us up to the low to mid 40s. South winds 11-16mph will help usher in that warmer air for the rest of the week. A couple clouds at night with temps in the lower 30s. West winds 11-16mph.
50s for the rest of the work week and possibly 60 for the weekend. Looking mostly dry as well.
