Good evening Southern Wisconsin! The good news is that this week will be less snowy than the previous 2 weeks. We will also have somewhat of a thaw coming. We snap out of this Arctic airmass that’s overhead. Tonight though, we will be cold and cloudy with temps around 0 degrees. SW winds will increase to 11-16mph with gusts to 20-25mph.

 

Maybe a little sunshine tomorrow and warmer with temps in the mid 20s. SW winds 8-13mph and gusts to 25-30mph. Clear and chilly tomorrow night with temps near 10 degrees. Calm winds.

 

Tuesday is looking cloudy with maybe a little sun and temps in the mid 30s. SW winds 8-13mph. Cloudy with temps in the mid 20s at night and SW to west winds 8-13mph.

 

Maybe a little more sunshine for Wednesday with temps again in the mid 30s. We will be able to melt some of that ice on the roads! West to south winds 6-11mph. Rain will be likely sometime after midnight and temps will be near 30 degrees which is interesting. I’m guessing some flakes of snow will be mixing in or even some freezing rain, but we shall see. South winds 11-16mph with gusts to 25-30mph.

 

Maybe a rain then rain snow mix for the afternoon. Temps will get into the upper 30s in the morning, then mid to upper 20s for the afternoon. Some sun is possible later in the day. Some clouds are possible at night with temps near 5 degrees.

 

A little bit cooler on Friday with temps in the mid to upper 20s. Slight chance for some light snow at night with temps in the upper teens.

 

The mid to upper 30s return for next weekend! Slight chances for rain or snow.
