Good evening Southern Wisconsin! It was a pretty chilly day out there and it’s a chilly evening too! Temps will dip to the mid teens, then actually rise to the mid 20s overnight. This will be thanks to a southern wind increasing to 11-16mph with gusts to 20-25mph. There’s a chance for some freezing drizzle crap towards morning. It could cause some slippery stretches out there. So if you have travel plans towards morning, please be advised.

 

That freezing drizzle may turn to a light snow in the morning hours, but should be done by noon tomorrow. A dusting of snow is possible. That could also cause some slick spots. Sunny skies will be possible in the afternoon with warmer temps into the mid 30s. South to west winds 11-16mph with gusts to 20-25mph. Clear and cold tomorrow night with temps near 5 degrees. NW winds 11-16mph with gusts to 25-30mph. Wind chills down to -10 at times.

 

Sunny and colder on Sunday with temps in the low 20s. NW to SW winds 6-11mph. Clouds to increase at night and there’s a slight chance for some light snow. Temps will drop to the mid teens, then rise to the mid 20s overnight. South winds 6-11mph.

 

Just a slight chance for some snow or mix Monday with highs in the mid 30s. No issues are expected right now.

 

The warm up will begin on Tuesday and last through Christmas! On Christmas, we could be talking highs in the 50s for some. The travel should be great!
