SAM’S TEXT FORECAST WITH SASS:
Good evening Southern Wisconsin! The main batch of precip should stay north of most of us for tonight, but we can’t rule out some freezing drizzle and patchy fog that may freeze. I’m not exactly sure how the roads will be in the morning. Might want to leave for work just a little early. Temps tonight will drop into the mid 20s. South winds 6-11mph.
Maybe some patchy fog in the morning and maybe even a few peeks from the sun. Clouds will end up ruling the day though with temps in the upper 30s. Winds will become calm or very light. Cloudy Monday evening with rain possible, but again most of the frozen stuff will stay to the north I think. Temps will dip to near 30 degrees. Some slick spots are possible though. Calm winds.
Rain possible on Tuesday, but mainly before noon. Cloudy for the remainder of the day with temps near 40. Bye snow! :(. Cloudy and the mid 20s at night. Calm winds.
Wednesday is looking sunny and really warm with temps in the low to mid 40s. Light winds. A couple clouds at night with temps in the low to mid 30s. Light winds.
Sunny to start the day on Thursday, but then more clouds will approach ahead of the next weather maker. There’s a slight chance for an afternoon light rain shower. Temps will again me in the low to mid 40s. Light winds.
Cloudy and rain likely on Friday with temps back into the upper 30s. Rain may change to or mix with snow Friday night when temps drop to the mid 20s. We are going to have to watch this storm closely for Friday night into Saturday. The GFS is suggesting accumulating snow. The Euro and GEM are slightly north I believe which would give us more rain and mix.
Snow possible on Saturday as temps cool off a little to the low 30s. Cloudy with snow ending in the evening with temps down to the mid teens. Sunny on Sunday with temps near 30 degrees. All of this is subject to change and we are several days out.
Have a great night
Sam
