Good evening Southern Wisconsin! We have a BUTT LOAD to talk about tonight. I could probably write a dang book about the forecast LOL. Fog tonight with temps near 40 and light or calm winds.
Showers and storms will be possible and they will begin between 6-9am. Some storms could be on the strong side. We may get an hour break before another round moves in for the afternoon.
Temps will get into the mid 60s if the warm front pushes up this way. Dewpoints will be rise to near 60 which is very humid for early March. Ripe for storms. We may get a bit of a break by dinner.
Another rounds of storms will begin around 9pm for far west and near midnight for far east. Maybe 1am. This round of storms is what I am most worried about. Damaging winds, tornadoes, and hail
are all possible with this line. It’s a good idea to check out the radar tomorrow and have that weather alert radio on when you go to bed. Your phone doesn’t always alert you when a tornado is near.
Temps tomorrow night will only drop to the low 50s. Rain and storms should be wrapped up by morning on Saturday. Total rainfall of 1-3″ is possible. Some minor flooding is possible.
Some stray showers are possible Saturday morning, but then cloudy. Temps will rise to the mid 50s by about noon, then drop into the mid 40s for the afternoon with the passage of a cold front.
West winds 16-21mph with gusts to 25-30mph. Clear and cool at night with temps in the mid 30s. NW to SW winds at 6-11mph. That SW wind will be key for Sunday.
Sunny and warm on Sunday thanks to a strong SW wind at 16-21mph with gusts to 30mph. Clear and mild at night with temps in the mid to upper 40s.
Monday will be warm and sunny with temps in the mid to upper 60s.
Some more showers and storms will be likely for Tuesday afternoon into the night. There could be some snow mixed in towards Wednesday morning. The mid 40s are back for late next week!
Have a great night
Sam
