Good evening Southern Wisconsin! We saw everything except winds and tornadoes over the last 24 hours or so. Strong to severe storms with hail last night and some moderate snow showers today.

It looks like the pavement melted it as it fell. Clearing skies tonight and chilly with temps in the mid 20s. West winds 6-11mph.

 

Sunny to start tomorrow, but then clouds to build in during the afternoon hours. Highs in the mid 40s. West to SW winds 6-11mph. A snow/rain mix is possible tomorrow evening and into Friday morning.

I am not expecting any accumulations from this, but don’t be shocked to see some snowflakes Friday morning. Low temps in the low to mid 30s. South winds 21-26mph with gusts to 30-35mph.

 

Some sunshine is possible on Friday, but it will be chilly and windy. Highs in the low 40s. West winds 26-31mph with gusts to 40-45mph. Clouds will increase at night, but should stay dry/

Temps will be cold in the mid 20s with winds becoming somewhat light overnight.

 

We should stay dry and cloudy on Saturday with temps near 40 and light winds. Snow likely Saturday night with temps cooling to around 30 degrees. East winds 6-11mph.

 

Sunday is the question mark. If the Low travels south of Chicago and into northern IN, then we may stay all snow and get lots of it. If the Low travels just north of Chicago, then we may change to rain

or a mix on Sunday. Highs on Sunday will be in the mid 30s with a more northern Low and low 30s if it stays south. Snow will be likely Sunday night with temps in the mid teens.

 

Light snow may linger into Monday morning and it’s going to feel quite Wintery out there with highs in the low to mid 20s and windy! Temps at night will be near 0. Welcome back to winter!
