Good evening Southern Wisconsin! Well today was a bit interesting. Some areas got some decent storms and warmth, while others remain cool and quiet. Some clouds are possible tonight with temps dropping into the mid 30s. North winds 6-11mph.

 

Tomorrow is going to be dry with maybe a little sunshine. It’s also going to be quite cool with temps in the mid 40s and a bit windy with east winds 11-16mph. Rain and some storms likely tomorrow night with temps in the mid to upper 30s.

If you have travel plans to the north please be weather aware as some ice is possible. East winds 13-18mph. Half inch or so of rain is possible.

 

Thursday is now a day to watch! Cloudy with maybe some sunshine to start the day with temps soaring to the upper 60s. That warm front will push north of the area. It’s also going to be a bit humid. East to south winds 13-18mph.

Gusts to 30mph. Showers and storms are likely during the day and night. I do not have times yet. The SPC has Southern Wisconsin under a SLIGHT RISK or level 2 threat for severe storms. Large hail, damaging winds, and

tornadoes will all be possible. The rain and storm chances will end by midnight. There’s a potential for flash flooding too. Lows in the upper 30s. West winds 11-16mph and gusts to 25-30mph. The below image is the graphicfor Thursday from the SPC:

Sunny and cooler on Friday with temps in the upper 50s. Some clouds likely in the afternoon. Showers and maybe a storm at night with up to an inch of rain possible. Lows in the lower 40s. East winds 11-16mph.

 

Maybe some rain for Saturday, but the overall chance has been decreased to 50/50. Highs in the mid 50s. East to west winds 11-16mph and gusts to 25mph. Cloudy with temps near 30 at night.

 

Cooler on Sunday with more clouds than sun and temps in the upper 40s.
