Good evening Southern Wisconsin! This should be our final 90 degree day for the foreseeable future, so we have that going our way! Strong to severe storms are moving through SW Wisconsin and tracking east to NE. The newest HRRR run shows the storms rolling through Madison and starting to weaken around Jefferson county. It’s a wait and see game though. Everyone is under a watch until 10pm. Heavy rainfall is also likely with these storms. A quick 1-3″ isn’t out of the question. Lows tonight will drop to about 70 degrees with light winds. Isolated to scattered storms possible through the night.

 

Maybe a little sunshine tomorrow morning, but then more storms are possible by mid morning or so. Things can and will change though. Highs in the mid 80s with SW winds 4-9mph. Cloudy with storms possible at night with temps in the mid 60s. Light or calm winds.

 

Independence Day is MIGHT be dry in the morning, but then storms are possible to likely during the afternoon, evening, and a chance for storms overnight. Highs in the low 80s. Lows in the mid 60s. Pretty calm as far as the winds go. I’m not sure if fireworks will happen in your city.

 

Just a slight chance for a storm on Sunday with temps in the low 80s. NW winds 6-11mph. AHHHHHHH NW winds and not from the south! A little less humid. A couple clouds at night with temps near 60 degrees.

 

The Summer temps will continue into next week with highs in the mid 80s and lows in the low 60s! Not hot and not horribly humid. It’s just….. Summer!
