Holy smokes Batman! It’s Friday morning already! We may see a little sunshine this morning, but then showers and storms are expected with a beefy line that will roll through from mid to late morning. Some of these storms will contain damaging winds, hail, and possible tornadoes embedded within them. Temps should make the mid 70s. SE winds will increase to 11-16mph with gusts to 25-30mph. More showers and storms will develop after this initial line of storms. Severe storms are possible again with that batch. All storms will end by midnight tonight. Total rainfall will vary from 0.25″ to 2″ and that depends on the track of these storms and where you are. I think the southern areas get the heaviest rainfall. Northern areas may get clipped with the first line and MAY miss out on the second batch. Temps tonight will fall to around 50 degrees. Skies should clear overnight. South to NW winds 11-16mph.
