Good evening Southern Wisconsinites! What a lovely evening! Got the lawn mowed twice today LOL. Once a bit longer, then shorter in anticipation for the rain. Tonight we will see an increase in the clouds with lows dropping to the low 50s. Some mid 50s are possible. Winds will be generally late.

 

Showers and storms will move into the area from west to east in the morning hours. Some of those storms may produce some heavy rainfall and could be on the strong side. The threat for severe weather should stay south, but can’t rule out an isolated severe storm up here. Showers and storms may continue or redevelop in the afternoon and evening hours. SE winds during the day 11-16mph. Temps in the upper 60s. Some mid 60s possible if it stays wet all day. Showers and storms will end by about midnight tomorrow night and then we will remain cloudy overnight with temps in the mid 50s. SW to north winds 7-12mph. Total rainfall near an inch west of Madison and up to a half inch east.

 

Memorial Day we could see a mix of clouds and sunshine with a chance for showers and storms later in the day. Temps will be near 70 degrees. NW winds 11-16mph. The morning parades and services should be fine for now. A couple clouds Monday night with temps in the low 50s. West winds 4-9mph.

 

There’s a chance for storms on Tuesday, but then the rest of the week looks fairly dry. Slight chances for rain come back into the picture for Friday.
