Good evening Southern Wisconsin! Happy Monday night! Tonight we will see an increase in clouds and dewpoints which will hold temps up to the upper 50s. SE winds 4-9mph. There’s a pretty good chance for some showers and storms late tonight and into tomorrow morning. Temps will stay up into the upper 50s. SE winds 4-9mph.

 

Showers and storms are likely tomorrow and into tomorrow night. We could get 2 big batches of storms. One from morning to afternoon and another from the evening into the overnight hours. This could create some excessive rainfall of 1-3″ or so. Lesser amounts for SE WI. Highest amounts NW of Madison. Everyone should get at least a half inch of rain. Some of the storms west of Madison could be strong to severe. Nothing major though as the biggest threat is going to be rain. Highs tomorrow will be in the mid 70s. South winds 11-16mph with gusts to 20-25mph. Lows tomorrow night in the upper 60s. South to SW winds tomorrow night at 6-11mph.

 

Some leftover showers will be possible early Wednesday morning, but then we should clear up and get sunny. Highs will be in the low to mid 80s. West winds 4-9mph.

 

July 4th is looking about the same. Slight chance for afternoon shower and storms and a better chance for storms in the evening and overnight. I will keep a close eye on it.
