SAM’S TEXT FORECAST WITH SASS:
Good evening Southern Wisconsin! Tonight is going to be dry, but clouds will increase and temps will fall to the mid 20s. Light south winds overnight.
Monday is going to be more clouds than sunshine and a 50/50 shot at some showers or sprinkles. Nothing major though. Highs in the mid 40s. South winds 6-11mph. If the rain actually happens we may not get out of the lower 40s. Cloudy at night with another chance for rain to come in. Lows will be in the mid to upper 30s. South winds 4-9mph.
Tuesday is looking like a washout, but the morning hours MIGHT be dry for a couple hours of work outside. Rain likely in the afternoon with temps near 50 degrees. South winds 6-11mph. Rain will continue to be likely in the evening and overnight hours with temps in the upper 30s. East winds 7-12mph. Rain may become moderate to heavy at times. Maybe even a rumble of thunder.
Wednesday will be transition day as we will start out with temps into the mid 40s by mid to late morning and then they will tumble into the low 30s by the afternoon. Rain will continue in the morning and may mix with some snow during the temp tumble. NW winds will ramp up during the afternoon with the cold front at 21-26mph with gusts to 30-40mph. Maybe a little snow accumulation from the afternoon into the evening hours before ending by midnight. We may even see some late night clearing with temps in the low 20s. NW winds 18-23mph with gusts to 30-40mph. Total rain is still looking good at 1-2″ from tomorrow through Wednesday afternoon. Snow accumulations of nothing to an inch is possible. The ground temps might be a bit too warm for snow to stick. We will see.
Sunny on Thursday with temps near or just about 40 degrees. NW winds 11-16mph. A couple clouds at night with temps in the mid 20s.
More clouds than sunshine on Friday and maybe a light mix is possible in the morning hours. The chance is slight right now and not even in my graphic just yet.
The weekend is looking sunny for both days and warmer. Temps on Saturday will be in the mid 40s and the low 50s for Sunday. Even warmer weather expected for next week!
Have a great night
Sam
