Good evening Southern Wisconsin! Welcome to your Wednesday night! This evening we may see some flurries or light snow showers, but they shouldn’t cause issues. The thing I am concerned with is the puddles freezing over and causing some slick spots for tomorrow morning. Also watch out for sidewalks and stairs. Some clearing is likely tonight and temps will dip down to near 20 degrees. NW winds 21-26mph with gusts to 40-45mph. This will make it feel well below 20 degrees. Probably single digits.
Tomorrow we will be sunny and back to near 40 degrees. NW winds 8-13mph. Clouds to increase tomorrow night with temps in the mid 20s. A storm system will begin to pass mostly south of the state line, but some of my far south followers may see a little snow. Light or calm winds.
That storm system will be impacting Northern IL and could impact far southern Wisconsin. Pretty much at the border. Most of us will become sunny at some point on Friday with temps in the mid to upper 30s. Light winds. Clear and chilly at night with temps near 20 degrees. Light or calm winds.
The weekend is looking more and more nice every time I look at the models LOL. Saturday could be in the mid 40s and Sunday could be in the low 50s. Sunshine for both days too.
Next week will feel VERY Spring like out there with temps in the 60s!!! Break out the shorts for work!!!
