Rain will be likely towards mid morning on Sunday and linger through the entire day. Highs will be in the mid 40s. SE to SW winds will increase to 16-21mph and gusts to 30-35mph. Half inch of rain possible. Rain will end by mid evening or so. That will decrease the chance for a mix or even snow at all. Lows near 30. West winds 16-21mph with gusts to 30-35mph.
