Good evening Southern Wisconsin! Tonight we will be cloudy and blustery with temps in the low 20s and NW winds 16-21mph with gusts to 30-35mph. Yucky night.
Thanksgiving Day we will see more wind and more clouds along with cold temps. Temps near 30 degrees with NW winds 16-21mph with gusts to 25-30mph. Cloudy and cold at night with temps in the upper teens and NW winds 11-16mph.
Sunny and cold on Friday with temps near 30 degrees. Winds will become light. Clouds to increase Friday night and some late night snow is possible, but probably closer to morning. Lows in the mid teens. Light winds.
SNOW LIKELY Saturday with heavy snow possible. Saturday is not going to be a fun travel day. It’s probably going to be snowing all day. Temps will be in the upper 20s to near 30 degrees. SE winds 6-11mph. Snow to continue into the evening hours and possibly into the overnight hours. Lows in the low 20s and SE to NW winds 6-11mph.
Maybe a couple lingering snow showers on Sunday morning, but then the snow will be done. 5-9″ is possible with a swath of 8-12+” possible somewhere between Northern IL and Southern WI. Temps in the upper 20s and NW winds increasing to 11-16mph causing some blowing and drifting snow. Be careful going home Sunday. Clearing out at night and temps dropping to near 0.
Most of next week is going to be cold, but I’m not seeing any huge snow events yet!
